The Parish Council is made up of elected members who serve the community for a period of four years.  Meetings are held every month.  The agenda is published one week before the date of the meeting and is posted on notice boards around the village. The minutes of past meetings are available on this website.

The Parish Council employs a Clerk who attends all council meetings, takes minutes and deals with the day to day administration.

Staffordshire County Council acknowledges that parish councils are the level of local government closest to the people.  The Local Council Charter sets out the County Council's aims to work in partnership with local communities.
